Outstanding Students CONTEST Pasundan University winner

Deasy Ariyanti, final semester student of English Literature Department of the Faculty of Arts and Letters with a GPA of 3.69, managed to appear as Outstanding Students CONTEST Pasundan University level held at the Campus Unpas Jl. Castle 6-8 Bandung, on Thursday, February 24, 2011. Deasy set aside another 4 participants consisted of Arleo Neldo (GPA 3.87) from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Indri Dwjayanti (GPA 3.69) from the Faculty of Law, Yayan Rohiman (GPA 3.33) from the Faculty of Economics and Noni Andrews ( GPA 3.33) from the Faculty of Engineering. In the contest of 2011, according to Vice Rector for Student Affairs Unpas III, Drs. Yaya M. Abdul Aziz, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Guidance and Counseling) did not send his students. 
Ariyanti Deasy was awarded in the form of money from the Rector Prof. Unpas. Dr.H.M. Didi Turmudzi., M. Si is left to the inauguration ceremony of the Assistant Dean in the hall Campus Unpas Jl. Setiabudi 193 Bandung, Thursday, March 3, 2011.
Drs. Yaya M. Abdul Aziz points out, the five students who participated in the race is a champion at each level faculty. ”Deasy will be included in the race with the same category at the level Kopertis West Java. We support and pray for Deasy win in West Java Kopertis level so they can participate in competitions at national level, “said Yaya.
Deasy, in his paper titled “Urban Sunda, Sundanese Format Looking to the Future Youth” are concerned with tergerusnya use of Sundanese. Required to address the proper handling of the target that is involving young people. He then conducted research to find a format Sundanese “new” to the youth of the future. He conducted research, among others, by distributing questionnaires to dozens of respondents, observation and research libraries.
The results showed that the use of Sundanese among youth is influenced by two factors of internal and external. Internal factors consist of an understanding of young people about steps usuk base and perceptions and attitudes of young people about language. External factors consist of social influence of the easy, Sundanese-language distribution factor by the parents / family, the influence of the environment where young people live and the lack of a role because the amount is slightly Sundanese artists.
